Digital Product Policy
Due to the non-returnable nature of instant digital downloads (PDF worksheets, study sheets, and printable graphics), all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and the digital file is downloaded or delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Exceptions & Product Support
Your satisfaction is essential to us. While digital purchases are non-refundable, we are happy to assist you in the following situations:

• Damaged or Corrupted Files: If your file fails to download, opens corrupted, or has formatting errors, please reach out to us. We will re-send a working copy immediately.
  
• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same digital item twice in one transaction, contact us with your order details, and we will refund the duplicate charge.
  
• Unsent Digital Orders: If you have not yet downloaded the digital files and wish to cancel, contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a cancellation.
