Because our products (study sheets, digital posters, workbooks, and PDFs) are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once downloaded or delivered. 

When Can You Get a Refund?

Under Indian consumer regulations, we only issue refunds or file replacements if:

1. Corrupted File: The file is broken or cannot be opened, and we cannot fix it within 3 business days.
   
2. Double Charge: You were charged twice for the same item by mistake.
   
3. Non-Delivery: You paid successfully but didn't receive the download link within 24 hours.
   

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds if:

• You changed your mind after downloading.
  
• You purchased the wrong file by mistake.
  
• You do not have the software required to open or print the file (e.g., PDF reader).
  

How to Request Help

If your download is defective or you were double-charged, contact us within 7 days:

• Include your Order ID and a screenshot of the issue.
  

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (UPI, Cards, Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.

Governing Law
This policy is drafted in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

This policy, your purchases, and any associated claims are governed exclusively by the laws of India, with any legal disputes subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
